Revealed today, the previously announced Darkstalkers Resurrection will be available to download in North America on March 12 on PlayStation Network (PSN) for $14.99. On March 13, the game will be released on Xbox LIVE Arcade worldwide for 1200 Microsoft Points.

With The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, The Astronauts – a team comprised of People Can Fly (Bulletstorm, Painkiller) veterans – aim to evolve immersive storytelling in games. It’s set for release on PC via digital distributors in 2013. As a detective with the supernatural ability to visualize scenes of lethal crimes, you investigate the kidnapping of a young boy, hoping to save him before it’s too late. The investigation leads you to a beautiful mountain area, where you come across a severely mutilated body of one of the kidnappers. Using both your paranormal skill and modern detective tools you discover the mystery behind the trail of corpses in the valley, the roots of an ancient force ruling the area, and the fate of the kidnapped boy.

A Launch Trailer has been released for Aliens: Colonial Marines. The game is described as: Aliens: Colonial Marines begins with an ostensibly abandoned ship, the U.S.S. Sulaco, recovered in orbit around LV-426. Players lead a group of highly trained United States Colonial Marines as they board the deserted craft to uncover the fate of the crew. They will have to fight to survive unspeakable horrors and their own anxieties as they chase down the truth behind a galaxy-spanning deception that places humanity at the mercy of the most murderous and deadly species in the universe.

Norwegian indie mobile developer Dragonhead Games announced that their latest iOS title is now available on the App Store! Zombies & Trains is an action-packed arcade defense game that finally provides an answer to the age-old question: “who would win in a fight between an armored train and a zombie horde?” Players can blast through the undead with armored trains and add carnage with powerups in four different game modes.

To help promote the next chapter in the successful Dead Island series, Deep Silver has teamed up with London based custom vehicle fabricators Xquisite. The team has taken a completely standard Ford Ranger pickup truck and transformed it into a fully fortified zombie killing machine. Featuring fully armoured windows, rear mounted mini-gun, lethal spiked wheels and a menacing front end barricade. “The truck is the perfect tool to help us push the Dead Island Riptide brand,” stated Nick Turner, Product Manager at Deep Silver.

Spicy Horse Games, makers of "Alice: Madness Returns," "BigHead BASH," and "American McGee's Grimm" announced today that "Akaneiro: Demon Hunters" reached its funding goal on Kickstarter over the weekend. The $204,680 pledged means that the Spicy Horse team can speed development time and devote more resources to features like co-op gameplay, crafting, Linux support, and the much-anticipated iOS and Android versions of the action RPG.
