Award winning composer Daniel Licht scores Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc.'s Silent Hill: Downpour. The highly anticipated game will be released on March 13, 2012 for Playstation Network and Xbox 360. Downpour will bring a completely original storyline and an all-new haunting soundtrack to the video game series. The soundtrack is available March 13, 2012 on Milan Records, featuring the game’s theme “Silent Hill” by Jonathan Davis, front-man of nu metal band Korn and score by Daniel Licht. Licht is best known for his scores to every Dexter episode. All commercially released Dexter score and soundtrack albums are available on Milan Records. In describing Silent Hill: Downpour, Daniel Licht stated, “I’m inspired by the mood and the story. I came up with a sound world that I feel amplifies and augments the player’s experience. I incorporated numerous instruments including piano, mandolin, and industrial sounds.”

A character trailer has been relesed for Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City. It is September 1998 and the action centers on the ill-fated Raccoon City and the horrific consequences of the deadly T-virus outbreak. With a cover up required, Umbrella orders an elite team into Raccoon City to destroy all evidence of the outbreak and eliminate any survivors. Meanwhile the US Government has quarantined the city and dispatched its own team of elite soldiers to determine the source of the mysterious outbreak. Players take on the role of an Umbrella Security Service soldier (U.S.S.), competing alone or up to four player co-op in a battle against all the competing forces at play in Raccoon City.

A trailer has been released for The Last of Us. Abandoned cities reclaimed by nature. A population decimated by a modern plague. Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment announces the electrifying video game soundtrack of Lollipop Chainsaw with music by Jimmy Euringer (a.k.a. Little Jimmy Urine). Jimmy is the front-man, songwriter and programmer for the band Mindless Self Indulgence. He is also part of the duo known as The Left Rights, a musical side project in collaboration with fellow Mindless Self Indulgence guitarist Steve Righ?. Urine composed all the music found in the boss battles, including voicing Zed, the punk boss, of Lollipop Chainsaw, developed by SUDA 51 and Grasshopper Manufacture. While Juliet is hacking and slashing her way through boss fights, Jimmy’s insane music will accompany every gory chainsaw swipe-- making this game a true combination of sex, blood and over-the-top rock n’ roll. And if that doesn’t make your spine quiver, don't forget the previously confirmed news that original music from Akira Yamaoka will be on tap through the game, along with some familiar tunes from throughout the annals of music history.

A Dead Island Ryder White Campaign Trailer has been released. Gamers will take on the role of Ryder White, the antagonist from the original experience, who dramatically crash-lands on the island. Emphasizing Ryder White's conflict between executing military orders and finding his wife, the trailer promises that "your choices will define you."

A Fright Club Event trailer has been released for Resident Evil 6. The game is described as:

It has been ten years since the Raccoon City incident and the President of the United States has decided to reveal the truth behind what took place in the belief that it will curb the current resurgence in bioterrorist activity. Due to be by the President's side is his personal friend and Raccoon City survivor, Leon S. Kennedy, but when the venue suffers a bioterrorist attack, Leon is forced to face a President transformed beyond recognition and make his hardest ever decision. At the same time, Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance member Chris Redfield arrives in China, itself under threat of a bioterrorist attack. With no country safe from these attacks and the ensuing outbreaks, the entire world's population is united by a common fear that there is no hope left.

After a year of intensive development, the small indie team of Red Wasp Design have announced that their anticipated title, Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land has launched on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The game is a turn-based strategy RPG inspired by the works of cult horror writer H.P. Lovecraft and developed in co-operation with Chaosium, the publishers of the cult horror role playing game, Call of Cthulhu. The game is now out on iTunes and is a universal iOS app so the same game works for iPhone and iPod Touch both SD & HD and for iPad, and carries graphics optimised for each of those platforms.
